Student Textbook Refunds and Requests

Refunds are available for non-electronically delivered products purchased on the Fountainhead Press website within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• you have not written in or damaged the textbook in any way;
• you have not yet revealed/used the access code for any included online resources that accompanied your purchase and the shrink wrap is not removed; and
• the book is received in re-sellable condition.

Fountainhead Press does not guarantee delivery dates or pay for return shipping costs.

Returns must meet the above requirements and sent via a prepaid method to:

Books received in poor condition will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be given.
